While certainly not the first to characterize Rand Paul as Baby Doc, I haven't found any characterizations of his thuggish supporters as Tea Tea Macoutes. Suggested slogan for the Tea Tea Macoutes:
Rand Paul Devolution
Stomping girls is our solution.
