At Mock Paper Scissors, Tengrain has a post about the upcoming internecine battle in the Republican Party, couching it as a violation of Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment: Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican.
The Republican powers that be are livid about the GOP congresscritters that voted for the infrastructure bill, though in typical Republican fashion, those who voted against the bill often try to take credit for the benefits of the bill.
The infighting is not actually due to the legislation being passed, or even to GOP members of the House breaking ranks with the Party... the real sin is Biden's win. Failure to block Biden from achieving a policy success is unforgivable.

Biden's so called "win", the Infrastructure bill, is just another highway bill. More roads, more parking lots, more parking garages for more cars. It's a huge win for the auto industry and capitalism's most important commodity , the privately owned automobile.
